Day 01: Arrival at Mumbai
The guests will be welcomed at Mumbai Airport by our representative. The guests then will be transferred to a hotel where they will stay for the night as planned under the Coast to Mountain tour. The Mumbai city is the commercial hub of the country and your arrival at the city will begin a pleasant Mumbai itinerary.
Day 02: At Mumbai
This day of your tour to Coast to Mountain will be devoted to an extensive tour of the city. Post breakfast guests will commence for a sightseeing tour of the city encompassing various attractions of the city. The first destination on your city tour will be a visit to the Gateway of India- the stone archway built in the 16th century which will be followed by tour to the Elephanta Caves and its beauteous temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The guests then will arrive at the hotel for an overnight stay in the city.
Day 03: Mumbai- Trivandrum- Kovalam
On this day of your East India tour guests will be provided a sumptuous meal in the morning and then will board the flight to Trivandrum. At Trivandrum guests will proceed to Kovalam and will be transferred to a hotel booked previously by our tour operator in Mumbai. The guests then will have the rest of the day free for leisure. Guests can enjoy soothing Ayurvedic massages tranquilizing the mind, body and soul. The guests will then retire to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 04: Kovalam- Cape Camorin- Kovalam
On this day of the East India itinerary guests will proceed for another journey to Cape Camorin. At Cape Camorin guests will be provided a day tour to the sightseeing attractions of the city which will include a visit to Padmanabhapuram Palace and Archaeological Museum. The guests then will return to their hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Kovalam- Varkala
On this day of the Coast to Mountain tour guests will be served an appetizing meal at the hotel at Kovalam which will be followed by a tour to the next destination. At Varkala guests will be accommodated at a scenic beach resort. The rest of the day will be spent enjoying Ayurvedic therapies and massages at the hotel where guests will enjoy an overnight stay.
Day 06: Varkala- Kumarakom
The sixth day of the East India itinerary will begin with a drive to the beauteous Kumarakom backwaters by a speedboat or a luxury cruiser. The sight of enchanting beaches and rich natural bounty will welcome the guests at Kumarakom where our representative will escort them to a hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 07: Kumarakom
This day will be devoted to a full day sightseeing tour of the verdant environs of the city. In the morning on this day post breakfast the guests will enjoy a boat ride at Kumarakom backwaters which will be followed by a visit to the beauteous environs of the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. The guests then will be offered an option of trying hands at adventure sports such as Wind Sailing and Water Skiing. The guests then will return to their hotel where they will reside for the rest of the night.
Day 08: Kumarakom- Kochi- Mumbai
The guests on this day will proceed to Kochi in the morning. At Kochi our representative will make all the pre arrangements for your comfortable and convenient flight back to Mumbai. At Mumbai guests will board the flight for their onward journey with pleasant memories of their Coast to Mountain tour.
